3. Project Terms

• Project scope, timeline and pricing will be agreed in writing before work begins.
• Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal and invoice.
• Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights to the delivered work transfer to the client.
• The client is responsible for providing timely feedback and required materials.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all final deliverables including design files, code, photographs and video content. XERO ROLLOVER retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share project details, business data or strategic information with third parties without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

XERO ROLLOVER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
